飛行機や客船の欠航が決まり次第、無料キャンセルとさせていただきます。まずはご予約された予約サイトからお手続きを進めてください。自動的にはキャンセルにはなりません。

台風の接近中や通過後、しばらくはご宿泊できない可能性がございます。あらかじめご了承くださいますよう、お願い申し上げます。

There is a high possibility that the museum will be closed on August 26th and August 27th due to the typhoon.

We will cancel your reservation free of charge as soon as it is determined that the flight or cruise ship will be cancelled. First, please proceed with the procedure from the reservation site where you made the reservation. It will not be canceled automatically.

If a typhoon is approaching or has passed, you may not be able to stay for a while. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
